The RCV 5 smart cleaning robot cleans hard floors and short-pile carpets independently and systematically. A rotating brush, side brush, and fan work together to direct dry debris into the built-in dustbin. An ultrasonic sensor detects carpets, which can be cleaned more effectively using Auto Boost mode, which provides maximum suction power. The RCV 5 can not only vacuum but also wet mop floors. In mopping mode, the vacuum cleaner automatically avoids carpets. The app allows the RCV 5 to learn its surroundings and automatically creates room maps using environmental detection (LiDAR). Each room can be cleaned in a personalized way. Selected rooms can be vacuumed, mopped, or left uncleaned. The dual laser sensors and camera on our top-of-the-line model, the RCV 5, allow it to detect and avoid flat obstacles such as cables, socks, and shoes. Additionally, the sensors protect the device from falling, for example, down stairs. You can conveniently start the RCV 5 cleaning robot via the app according to a personalized schedule or by pressing the button on the device. When the robot needs your help, you’ll hear a corresponding message.

Thanks to fast and reliable LiDAR navigation, the robot precisely scans and maps rooms, ensuring optimal orientation for reliable cleaning even in the dark.
The robot’s dual laser sensor and camera allow it to recognize even small or flat objects that are too small for a LiDAR system (e.g., shoes, socks, or cables).
If the dual-laser and camera system detects obstacles, it will mark them on the map. The robot will navigate around them using intelligent maneuvers to avoid getting stuck or damaged.
