The DEDRA DED7525 PE film sealer is a device used to join polyethylene (PE) film together through a process called sealing.
PE film sealing is commonly used in the food, cosmetics, and medical industries to package products in airtight packaging that prevents air and moisture from reaching the products and protects them from contamination. The DEDRA DED7525 sealing machine is designed for sealing PE film with a thickness of 0.1–0.2 mm on conveyor belts and for sealing film sheets on a substrate;and it works by generating high heat on the surface of the film, which is then fused together under pressure.
Usage instructions:
After connecting to the power source and allowing the product to heat up, place a 2 m x 50 mm strip of Teflon on the film. While holding the sealer in your hand, slide the aluminum blade across the Teflon. Adjust the speed and pressure so that the seal quality is satisfactory.
After moving the sealer's slide, wait a moment and remove the Teflon strip.
Note: The Teflon strip is missing from the device's package.
