The Extralink JKD 512COM 2-in-1 home CO detector and fire alarm with siren is designed to trigger the siren if carbon monoxide levels exceed the threshold or if smoke is detected in the room. It is essentially two detectors in one: a home carbon monoxide detector + a fire alarm detector + an audible warning siren.
Long-lasting autonomous operation
This wireless sensor operates completely autonomously using 3 AA batteries. Good batteries will last for half a year. The sensor has a low-battery indicator; when it begins to beep every 30 seconds and displays a low-battery icon on the screen, replace the batteries.
Easy to install and use
The Extralink JKD-512COM has no settings; there is a single "Test" button on the housing, used to perform a self-test of the sensor and check the current carbon monoxide and smoke levels in the room. Simply insert the batteries and hang it from the ceiling of a room where carbon monoxide or a fire is likely to occur, at a ceiling height of up to 12 meters.
As a home carbon monoxide detector—it will sound an alarm if the carbon monoxide concentration in the room exceeds 300 PPM. As a smoke detector—it will sound an alarm if the smoke concentration in the room exceeds 0.1% db/m. You can also check the current smoke or carbon monoxide concentration at any time by pressing the "test" button.
