Satel DG-1 CO Wired Carbon Monoxide Detector
The DG-1 CO is a microprocessor-based carbon monoxide detector. It is recommended for installation in rooms where there is a risk of carbon monoxide, such as boiler rooms, near fireplaces, stoves, and gas ranges, in garages, etc. The detector identifies when dangerous gas concentrations are exceeded within a specified time period. Due to the specific properties of carbon monoxide, the detector should be installed at a height of approximately 1.5 m. A digital gas detection algorithm and temperature compensation ensure proper operation across a wide range of ambient temperatures and resistance to false alarms. Thanks to its built-in buzzer and red LED, the DG-1 CO detector can function as a standalone detection and signaling device; however, it is also designed to work with an alarm system. The self-diagnostic function continuously monitors the supply voltage and the proper operation of the gas sensor, ensuring reliable detector performance. The device is equipped with a tamper contact.
