I think we’ve all fallen for one basic mistake. We bought a super-fast SSD, then opened up the case only to find there’s nowhere to install it. Most people then type “where to install an SSD” into a search engine or assume they have to replace the entire computer case right away. Today, the German manufacturer Sharkoon is introducing a cheaper and simpler solution to this problem: the BayExtension adapter, which allows you to install one or two 2.5-inch SSDs in a standard bay designed for older 3.5-inch drives. The SSD adapter is available in four colors—black, red, green, or blue.
