DVD+RW is a 4.7 GB rewritable disc. Compliant with +RW-Alliance specifications. Verbatim DVD+Rewritable discs use a Super Eutectic Recording Layer (SERL). The SERL layer ensures noise-free rewritability. With traditional rewritable media, the quality of the recording layer deteriorates over time, resulting in a decline in recording quality. However, with Verbatim rewritable media, the recording layer is restored to like-new condition after each erasure cycle, ensuring the disc is perfectly prepared for the next recording session.
DVD+RW discs are media designed for sequential read/write operations, suitable for recording video content and creating backups. DVD+RW discs can be written to up to 1,000 times. Many DVD-ROM drives and DVD players support DVD+RW discs.
