Jungle Expedition: Far-Off Journeys, or “Jungle Expedition.” Players set off on an expedition into the jungle in search of an ancient Mayan civilization. They try to find valuable treasures. At the beginning of the game, the treasures are laid out on the table. Players try to memorize as many of them as possible. Then all the cards are turned face down. On their turn, a player plays a card and reveals a treasure on the table. They try to find a treasure that matches the one on the card they played. If a player finds a treasure that matches the one on the card, they score 2 points. If the treasure they find is a different color, they score only 1 point. Number of players: 2–4 Age: 6–106 years Duration of one round: approximately 20 minutes The game mechanic was designed by Piotr Siłka, while the illustrations were created by Maciej Szymanowicz. “Jungle Expedition” is a card game that’s a variation on the classic Memory game. The rules are so simple that you don’t need to explain them before the game—just walk through them step by step as you play.
