The set is designed for cutting holes during the production of distribution cabinets for mounting junction boxes or switches. When cutting holes, the surface of the sheet metal does not deform or become damaged. The set is easy to transport and store—it comes packed in a durable carrying case. It includes dies and punches for cutting holes with diameters of 22 mm/0.9", 27.5 mm/1.1", 34 mm/1.3", 43 mm/1.7", 49 mm/2.0", and 60 mm/2.4. The pressure applied to the material during cutting is approximately 6 metric tons. Suitable for punching holes in steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and non-ferrous metals. The thickness of the material to be punched is up to approximately 4 mm, depending on the type of material. The set includes 6 pairs of dies with diameters of 22, 27.5, 34, 43, 49, and 60 mm, 2 mounting mandrels (7/16 x 3/4 inch and 3/4 x 3/4 inch), a manual hydraulic cylinder with a hose, and 1 sealing kit.
