The YATO burner is designed for professional use. It is especially recommended for plumbing and installation work and allows you to:
- brazing - copper pipes with a diameter of up to 32 mm
- soft soldering - copper pipes with a diameter of up to 100 mm
- welding.
Thanks to the use of top-quality components, such as a brass body, the burner can reach a temperature of 28000C and a power output of 2.0 kW. It is powered by propane or a MAPP mixture, which allows it to achieve very high operating parameters without the need to connect additional gas cylinders. Gas consumption is 142 g/h, and the pressure is 2.59 MPa.
The burner is equipped with a TURBO nozzle that produces a swirling flame. This increases gas flow, resulting in significantly higher efficiency and faster heating of the pipes.
The YATO burner has a number of very useful features:
- PIEZO ignition - makes it easy to light the gas without needing an external igniter
- trigger lock—prevents accidental activation of the burner
- Continuous-operation lock—especially useful during extended use. Allows you to lock the torch in the on position without having to hold down the button with your finger
- Gas control - allows you to adjust the flame intensity as needed.
A key advantage of the YATO torch is the AUTO START/STOP function. Thanks to its special design and built-in valve, the torch is very easy to use and can be operated with just one hand. The torch is activated by pressing a single button and operates only while the button is pressed. When the button is released, the torch automatically turns off. There is no need to turn off the gas supply each time. This significantly simplifies and speeds up the work. It also reduces gas consumption.
The YATO torch can be operated at a 3600 angle, allowing for safe operation in any position, even in the hardest-to-reach places.
The burner has a G1"F threaded connection for a gas cylinder. Additionally, the set includes an adapter that allows you to connect a cylinder with a G7/16"F connection. This makes it possible to connect both types of cylinders commonly used on the market to the YATO burner.
